Mak Consumer

At Mak Consumer, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that all our cleaning and hygiene products are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you face any issue with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or leaking
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is defective
  • Package is tampered at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required
  • Clear images or video proof of the issue must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used hand wash products
  • Used cleaning liquids
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging

2. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • The product will be inspected by our team
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be transferred to your provided bank account.

3. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • We will ship the replacement product at no additional cost
  • Replacement will be dispatched after verification of the issue

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost
  • If return is requested for other reasons, shipping charges may apply

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible
  • Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days

6. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund:
